Member Services
The Member Service department has been reorganized to serve the member owners of the coop better. The Metering department is now a part of member services. We have found that the services of the two departments overlapped in several areas.
Some of the services that we are offering are:
- Monitor and maintain the Turtle automatic meter reading system
- Assisting customers with billing complaints
- Doing on site energy audits
- Sizing homes for electric heat
- Overseeing the rebate program
- Sponsoring Youth Tours
- Electric Safety Presentations
- Managing the Basin/Moreau-Grand Scholarship Program
