How Can I Get Service?
If you have been connected with Moreau-Grand Electric previously, any old balance you might have will need to be paid in full. Once that is completed please visit one of our offices to complete the following:
- You will need to complete an application for service.
- You will need to have a photo I.D. with you.
- You will need to know the location of where you are connecting the service.
- If you are getting a a home from the CRHA or the SRHA, please bring your assignment letter with you.
- You will need to pay a connect fee of $20 and a deposit of $75 for a total of $95.
Your application will then be processed and your service will be connected at the soonest possible date.
If you would like a new service built, once again all old balances will need to be paid in full. Once that is completed please visit one of our offices to complete the following:
- You will need to complete an application for service.
- You will need to complete an easement.
- You will need to have a photo I.D. with you.
- You will need to know the legal land description of where you are building the service.
- If you are building on a tribal unit, please bring the maps with you.
- You will need to pay a connect fee of $20 and deposits of $264.20 for a total of $284.20.
This cost is for the first 1,000 feet from an existing line. It will cost more for a new service that will be over the 1,000 feet. This cost will be determined by our staking department.
Moreau-Grand Electric provides service to the meter. It is the consumers responsibility to wire their home.
