WAPA Allocation Bill Credit Program
Contracts have been signed and are in place to facilitate the WAPA (Western Area Power Administration) credit beginning January 1, 2001. The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe has supplied Moreau-Grand with a beneficiary list including names and accounts entitled to this credit. Eligible members receive the appropriate credit on the power bill.
